I suggest you do a bit of DD by going to Sedar and reviewing their most recent financials released end of July. Then on top of that they received almost $5 millino down payment when they closed the deal with US Navy. I think their in good shape...happy digging!

Thank you. My conclusion is that they need more funds and as such I think they may do so as soon as more contracts are signed. At which time I will enter the stock. I do like the business but I have to protect my daughter's funds, small as they are.

Definitely, get out of tsx venture if all you can invest is your daughter's fund, with a good return you could make 20-30% by the time she gets there. Go get them tiger!

The 20-30% is what you'll get in real funds, low rewards but low risks also. Good for your daugthers.. I personally only risk my peraonnal money in stock, not my family's lifeline...

Thank you. I left after I read their financials and did not like it very much. But moving to the TSE interests me especially since they will have to satisfy the financial requirements. I personally invest a small amount on the venture exchange for myself and for my daughter as well. But I mostly trade on the NASDAQ and NYSE listed stocks.'

OK then, you should just stick with NASDAQ and NYSE listed stocks... much better fit for your risk/reward profile, and will make your life better and less stressful... spending time on this board is not recommended...

King - I believe this is a regulatory requirement. Canadian Early Warning Reporting System. Required when an individual acquires 10% of a company, and each 2% increment thereafter. But here's hoping Peter had another meaning with it as well!
