It has been stated on this board that they need $10M to make it to the big board. They have $5M now and need another $5M.
People here are saying they have to issue shares at $4.00 to make up the other $5M since that is where the price is.
Why don't they wait until the order is signed and announced? That way the price will jump up to double or maybe $10 and then issue their shares.
That way they do not have to issue as many shares since higher price and less dilution.

I am quite confident Peter, being a super bright CEO and experienced Banker, with all his numerous relations and contacts, has already solved all problems for the TSX listing, and that we will be on TSX before you know it, without any dilution. Long and Strong. :0) Good4You
