The business model is a little vague at this point, but it appears that this entity is positioned to benefit Significantly from the Drosrite opportunity. I'd like to own a piece of THAT company, but as I understand it, Mr. Pascali is the sole shareholder..... but what do I know?...... cheers

It's not vague in any way. It's Pyrogenesis, but set up as a shell company with a different name and address out of the USA, to allow for easier business with countries that were (at the time) having political differences with Canada -- Saudi Arabia, in that specific case, to sell them the Drosrite system. Made PYR $25mm+ by doing that.

99.99% of all revenues generated by DI flows directly back to PYR......this has been addressed extensively....so now you know....

It might even be 99.999% flowing man to PyroGenesis lol.  Regardless it was purely strategic planning to ensure ease of trade with Saudi Arabia...as Canada direct would be more than challenging w the tension thanks to our federal government.   Very exciting times as we wait on massive torch division....but many other verticals that are equally exciting - Drosite, Purevap Nano, 3D
