Peter has a surprise in store for us after funding closes .

Peter seems to have written word for word that he has some nice surprises in store for us following the close of finance. That's wonderful.

Here is the excerpt from the Agoracom forum

Poetech2,

High again.

LOL … you know I can’t do that here.

It’s so frustrating because I wish I could answer you; it’s a good question.

So, let me frustrate you back by answering your question: “when do I think it will be applied in production” in a post here on Agoracom in about 5 minutes…fair? A good question deserves a good answer, no?

(Maybe I will also work on some updates after the financing is closed and funded).

Peter

I am sure he has many suprises indeed.  A nice hot one for the shorts to catch on fire would be a dream but I am sure Pete has that up his sleeve.  The extreme festive chipper mood by Pete lately is greater than back in the spring when Radian contract was about to be finalized and the potential major contracts for Iron Ore torches started to evolve etc.  It reminds me of the time ...more

I guess we should ask him if he's been listening to Ellie Goulding recently...lol Wahoo!

I hope you all realize that if there is a general disappointment with what is delivered by Christmas, Peter may be asked or by himself cut down on his Agoracom postings.

Hello to you,   There is no written date. For my part, I hope that everyone knows that contracts of hundreds of millions with exclusivity and conditions cannot be negotiated in 1 month. All aspects of such a contract must be verified, analyzed, adjusted and accepted. Whether we have an initial $ 1 billion torch contract in December or a $ 100 million contract for the first phase of a 5 ...more

Yup, folk better get use to the idea that there will be a series of contracts over time for clients with multiple locations rather than one huge one. Companies dont so easily write $1 billion checks for equipment. To me, a good start would be 10 torches, to many here it would be 50 in essence for outfitting one plant, a few expect, or at least say so, 100s. I think 50 would be fantastic. And if ...more

You are incorrect. Company I work for is about to spend $10 billion on RF radio spectrum and has spent money like that time and time again on spectrum and of other ventures . If it’s Vale, the year have the coin as well so you’re statement is incorrect.
Comment by canyousayiii on Nov 07, 2020 5:46pm
Please elaborate on what the RF radio spectrum is. Is it a right to emit signals of certain frequency or is it a specific piece of equipment. But I am not sure that I can be incorrect in saying that $1 billion checks are not easily written for equipment...or equipment purchase that would constitute 300 pieces.

You own a cell phone?
Comment by canyousayiii on Nov 07, 2020 11:17pm
Ok, so your company is about to write a $10 billion checkbfor cellphones. When does it expect delivery? And then how quickly are they going to resell them?
Comment by Casavantsghost on Nov 08, 2020 8:52am
Ok, so you are not a very bright individual but you are probably very nice just the same.. Cell phones use RF poopsie.. https://www.investors.com/news/technology/verizon-likely-biggest-bidder-5g-wireless-spectrum-auction/
Comment by canyousayiii on Nov 08, 2020 4:05pm
No, my friend, I made a comment, you cited an example saying my comment was incorrect and that example was not comparable. My comment was about equipment purchases and you come up with rights to use the spectrum. Physical equipment, rights to use RF spectrum, not the same. Anyhow, who cares....lets see what Peter signs....i dont think there will be anything close to one billion with one client ...more

You made a statement about companies not spending a billion dollars on something. Companies like Verizon spend billions on "things" often. It's as easy as that. It's called Capex. They ARE the same. Money is exchanged for something. I am only pointing this out because your statement sews seeds of doubt and it is not warrented at this time.  Modeling. It was completed as ...more

If billion dollar checks are so easily written and ours is in the mail, why are we sitting at these levels? Exchange? Well, that will be addressed within a couple of weeks and we will see how many dollars this will shoot up if there is no other news. The market has seeds of doubt, I am not sowing anything but providing some plausible explanations. Anyhow, Christmas is abot a month and a half away, ...more

If one has done their due dillilgence and especially listened to Peter in his own words on video as well as PR's, then I think patience will have rule the day until they pull the lanyard on the cannon. It's totally out of our control. I suspect we are all like a wound top in one way or the other. In a way, it is sickenly exciting. lol

Casavant, you made me look. Read the original post I put up and your first reply. Pretty darn clear that you thought Vale would cut a $1 billion check in one swoop while my thought was a series of contracts, which you called "incorrect". You saw that you were wrong so you learned something but don't pin you being wrong on me.
Comment by Benny1234 on Nov 07, 2020 6:17pm
Hello casavant, I'm not saying it's impossible and I like to be wrong in similar situations. I'm just saying it is better to think of a few years contracts than a one-shot mega contract like some cross. A first contract of 50 or 100 torches would already be great for the company, 1000 torches would be exceptional, but a contract of 100 torches per year for the next 10 years cast into ...more

Ghostman, here you go buddy, to make sure I am not misquoting you. More importantly a reminder of my perspective at the beginning of November of how this would play out to which you clearly had a disagreement. And you could not lay off of me. I think my opinion was bang on, you were "incorrect", sorry if it hurt your feelings, and we can move on by ignoring each other.
Comment by Casavantsghost on Dec 29, 2020 5:26pm
CanSoupy are you really this stupid?  Just an update numbnuts, The CURRENT spectrum auction will have VZ spending wayyyy past $10 billion.  and in my comparison, I didn't give a date that a company such as Vale would spend  a Billion or HOW you meat puppet. It could be installments over a year or 2 or whatever but they WOULD commit to spending it because it makes financial ...more

Give it up, kid. You are likely too young to have heard that saying that it is better to say nothing and have people assume you are a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt. My train of thought was very clear and BANG ON with the reality. You CLEARLY disagreed with it. But I will give you the benefit of the doubt that maybe you have not yet developed strong communication skills. Defending ...more

did Canyousay really dig up a post from November?  Bruh... get a life, speak to your children if they don't already hate you, go for a walk. Relax.  Ps, this is a bullboard as you know, not too sure what you're still doing here lol.
