Since the last financing closed on July 22nd, Pascali has reported selling 1,114,300 shares, at prices ranging from $.8746 to $.66. All of this selling coming while retail buyers watched helplessly ...more

A very good point from Filoux

Another example, out of a half dozen or so, of Pascali buying into a Private placement and turning around and selling from his other holdings while the other subscribers are locked in for four months.
