Peter did just invest $467,500 into the company in December when he exercised his warrants, and over $3mm when he bought convertible debentures of the company back in, i think, 2018. So he probably just needs to free up some cash. Yeah perhaps he uses the NCIB to buy back his own shares by the company and cancel them.

I dont think he can sell his own shares to the company. There are rules how NCIBs can be carried out and I imagine conflict of interest is somehow incorporated.

CEO selling his shares can only mean one thing. There is NO news coming out in the next month or two. If there was a huge order in a few weeks, he of course knows about it and wouldn't want to sell now. He would wait until the news. I think that is very clear. This is NOT bashing but stating the facts.

You are correcf, unless he has a cash crunch it would nof make sense go sell before one anticipated a rise in SP. But your logical deduction falls short because the filing does NOT say he will sell on the Jan 21st. He filed the intentio, he can execute it over the months to come, bit by bit, or he may not even sell at all. Just like NCIB, they have to file it they wish to do it, but they don't

Yes, but usually it is so that they can sell when they want to, but they do have to be mindfulbof material news lurking. One could also say that he needs cash, there is news coming that will likely raise the pricr so he wants to be ready to sell into the rise after it is announced. To me it is nothing news either way given the small amount of what he controls.

His salary is only $280K. That is gorssly underpaid for a guy who brought the company 20 fold although he has received a good deal of stock compensation which he deserves.

I would not quite agree with you there. The stock price is speculative and should be forward looking. There are stocks that get pumped, and it is not to the credit of a CEO. But to your point about no news because of his filing, with PFE you just demonstrated an example how it could suggest news around the corner.
