The CEO sole, yes the same day on the jump of the price.
Here is the quote from a soource.

Bourla sold 132,508 Pfizer (PFE) shares at a price of $41.94, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. That works out to proceeds of nearly $5.6 million.

PFE was $36.94 before the annoucnemnt and he sold the next day atnearly $42.

The higher ups in those companies have very often sold before good news arrive and have done so for the twenty years I have followed them.
