We were informed on 12/22/2020 that:

In connection with its application to list on NASDAQ, PyroGenesis will, in due course, file a Form 40-F Registration Statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

We filled up a form, take it easy people.

Seriously......" a form'?!?!?! not just any F'n form bud!. This "form" is the start of having a full listing on the world's largest tech stock market but in your eyes, its "just a form". Even if it is "just a form" it is another HUGE step completed on the way to listing on the NASDAQ! You REALLY don't think that is a big deal and listing on the

If Peter even gets PYRO on nasdaq within a month I will give him thumbs up, I have NTAR they been taking forever to try to get on to nasdaq it's not an easy process the CEO states as is constant contact with Nasdaq weekly and they still haven't got approved so if Peter does it faster within weeks all the power to him , to the SELLers that sold last week for pennies too bad for YOU ! Like

Peter recently said getting on Nasdaq may happen sooner then people anticipated. That's a good sign, but obviously anything can happen and delays are nothing new. We'll see.

 ... and only a short time after listing on the TSX too. A few more weeks for NASDAQ is a very short time to wait. Bring it on.
