$1.4 Billion market cap!

Hi. Relatively new to this board.

Can someone tell me why this company has a $1.4B market cap. I get that it will be listed on the Nasdaq, but it looks like its lost money for the last decade. Also looks like its not making any more money than it was almost 10 years ago ?

Do your DD, Pyr entering a position to be a big players in several multi billion dollar exponentially growing markets, i'd consider selling when there is a 20 billion market cap until then I doubt I am going to find somewhere I can make money quicker then here (except HPQ.V depending which of those multi billion markets takes off first.
