PyroGenesis has been adding to their staff recently, take a look at the bio of Elham Dalir:

Elham Dalir has received her Ph.D. from the Centre for Advanced Coating Technologies (CACT) at the University of Toronto in 2020, where she developed a numerical model to simulate the suspension plasma spraying (SPS) process. Her research interests include thermal spray coating technologies, surface engineering, advanced plasma processes, fluid mechanics, and computational fluid dynamics models.

Elham is one of Pyrogenesis recent hires and she looks quite impressive if you ask me. Elham Dalir - Google Scholar Her resume and history could give us some idea of some of the technology they are working on.  Graduate Students - Centre for Advanced Coating Technologies (utoronto.ca) Extensive experience with plasma processes. They have several impressive recent hires.

Sounds to me like she's hired to lead or assist with the one step carbon coating of nano-silicon particles that HPQ indicated in their Oct.14 nr. Always remember that PYR does the engineering, builds and operates all the equipment on behalf of HPQ, their little brother. This is really the definition of an unbelievable symbiotic relationship...where both parties benefit from the association....

Sorry, I really meant graphite instead of carbon...although they're essentially the same thing. Graphite is simply "PURE" carbon.
