PYR will go on the NASDAQ on Monday according to me

PyroGenesis is expected to announce its year-end financial results this month before March 31, 2021.

 

So I expect PYR to be on the NASDAQ before the financial results are released.  And WE ALL KNOW that the results will be POSITIVE (PYR has already released a preview of these results on January 11th, 2021) so it's going to go up for sure.

 

But given the fact that the companies are releasing the good news at the beginning of the week then it wouldn't surprise me if PYR starts on the NASDAQ next Monday.

Furthermore, PYR said in its PR of February 18, 2021 that its NASDAQ debut should be combined with other expected events: 

"the Board of Directors of PyroGenesis will choose a listing date that will be most beneficial to the Company while taking into consideration other events that are taking place."

I suspect there will be news before the NASDAQ and more news with the NASDAQ.

I don't think PYR will give 3 days notice to shareholder but only to SEC. My thought. " upon final NASDAQ acceptance, the Company provides the SEC with at least 3 days’ prior notice of its intended listing date."

So NASDAQ for Monday is a possibility
