You totally took my points out of context, I was referring to the fact that we Canadians have a propensity to develop a product or a technology and then it is eventually stolen as in the case of Blackberry technology or the killing of the Avro Arrow by the Conservatove government in the 1960's, and what happened to that technology and expertise? It went to the States to their aviation
