I have been keeping and eye on their staff via Linkedin and they have hired quite a few impressive people in the last few months including multiple Phd's. They recently hired a new purchasing assistant and a R&D assistant manager who is also a Phd. It seems to me that they may be heading into some new territories based on some of the profiles.

Automation Engineer captures my attention. That refers to manufacturing/fabrication and the desire to speed up a process with AI or computer programming or both.
