The warrant issue is only partly behind us. There will be those who now own $4.50 shares worth $7+ that will take some profit. So, perhaps a couple of more days of selling pressure.
Now, as for comments re: when news can be released; it must be released if it is significant. So, there has been no news. Let's go back to the annual report. It contained numerous references to
big things happening; in several weeks etc.
So, why did he push up the exercise date? My guess, he knows from negotiations with a number of companies when their decisions will be made. Perhaps one or two said by April 17th for example.
My thinking after reviewing all of this is that we are days away from some major news. I am thinking we will be back to double digits by month end.

Same here, we can expect great news coming out soon regarding Peter's guidance + the reason for the accelerated warrants
