Carbon Tax credits..

People need to do some quick research on Tesla.  From what I understand they made more money off of selling carbon credits last year than actually off of selling cars .  Let that sink in on the whole green market !! Green is the future !

Moneycat ... You are right.  TESLA made more money from selling carbon credits than selling cars because of laws that force non-electric car manufacturer to pay a "royalty" to those all electric car makers.  That's why all fossil fuel car manufacturers have now made the move to go all electric otherwise they were financing TESLA, their major competitors. These September 2020 data was already showing a drop in TESLA market shares.  Tesla (TSLA) still holds impressive 18% market share of global EV sales, but that's about to change - Electrek And yesterday, that market share shrank a bit more.  But it now compensates by increased volume.
