Peter we need a 10:1 share consolidation NOW!!!
After a company gets listed on the Nasdaq market, it must maintain certain standards to continue trading. Failure to meet the specifications set out by the stock exchange will result in its delisting. Falling below the minimum required share price, or market capitalization is one of the major factors triggering a delisting. The exact details of delisting depend on the exchange.

Absolutely not, share consolidation is most often a death knell for a company. Go away you shorting basher. This company is aligning its strategies and its diversification. Can hardly wait till this explodes, and leaves you shorters as a distant bad memory. Stitches.

Hey Stitches (pardon the pun with all the bleeding going on) I'm not a shorter by nature would just like to get back in around 3.50 like I did back in December fortunately I did not succumb to greed and got out in the middle of March at 10.50 and dumped most of the profit into Bird Construction T.BDT. Now this is a company that will be right up there with WSP global someday. Cheers...GLTA
