It's not a fair game.  They can dump their garbage with clear intent to harm with false information and falshood but they have the right to not state when they change their strategy.  That's hypocritical. I was just saying, as a PYR investor point of view, leaving morals and ethics aside. I do agree, it should be addressed.  But not sure I want PYR involved in this battle at this time. This will continue to happen. Let's focus on the ongoing negotiations with the clients. They also don't want to deal with a company fighting Nasayer/Shorters/Bashers
