Peter says he will use all legal action at his disposal to go after people responsibe for this report. I am involved with another class action lawsuit with HUGE and it will take years before settlement but it will be worth it.

PYR isn't likely to go after anyone with respect to the Mariner "short report".  The report contents don't appear outlandish (exept for the purported company shenanigans), and it seems to be based pretty much on fact and PYR initiated press and activities.   It will be a slow tank (with resistance from those that got caught in the run-up hype), but tank she will,
