I read the rebuttal and found it to be as biased and misleading as the Mariner article. It's a "Rashomon", IMO. The truth lies in the middle.

I would like to thank Mariner for the extra attention they have brought to Pyr this past week.  When new potential investors do their DD, they will know this stock is not a short, but a value opportunity, with a knowledgeable and caring CEO and disruptive technology. Once again, thank you Mariner for the promotion, and it didn’t cost Pyr a penny.

Well stated. Mariner Research just proved once again how dummy they are.  Not even able to manipulate without going undebunked!  Impossible that their report could have had any credibility, given how poorly written it was.  A 6th grader would have been able to read through their "strategy". A bunch of amateures. The stock is now treding upward since their "attack
