I just read about TEKNA and their business in titanium powder with BOEING and LG chem.It was on MICROSOFT actualities of today.Tekna does not seem to be in the obligation of a strict respect of his customers NDA.What a difference from the PYRO obligations.Don't worry be happy.GLTA.

Can't compete with  Pyrogenesis. Pyrogenesis can utilize  cheap  lower-purity input product  metal wires  bypassing the entire step of first having to convert it to base powder. PYR can convert raw wire to high-purity spherical or nano-powder. Long and strong PYROGENESIS!!!

OK no one can compete with the hight quality of the PYRO supplys.But  how long will we wait before seeing a PYRO customer name?How long will we have to sleep on it's unaffordable god secret?GLTA.

Thank you Developbc. I'm sorry but you miss the point.The point is not about the time for impatient people in the world of Warren  Buffet.The point is about a lack of credibility in the use of NDA by companies for multitudes of reasons without a little respect of the investors ."You won't see this kind of attitudes in the world of Warren Buffet,except for cases of necessity

You should first know some rules from the industry.  1) When dealing with big players (GE, Intel, Walmart, Amazon, Microfost, IBM, Boeing, Harvard University, etc ...), you're not entitled to use their names without their consents.  Otherwise, small players would abuse this pattern.  Most of the time, it is for competitive reasons that big players don't want

Thank you Science First.Your intervention is very instructive and helpfull.But you know there are no manner or procedure to expressed the authenticity of a NDA ,before the two parts declare together that  they will make an entente for the contract. And I think that could be very helpfull for the industry if there are  something  neutral between the two parts to legitimate the
