Job Overview

 

The main objective for the Sales Manager – Torches is to develop a business clientele for new applications for PyroGenesis’ existing plasma torches in the Mining and Metallurgy sector.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks

 

*Developing new business opportunities through direct contact with potential customers

 

*Negotiating and concluding agreements with customers

 

*Leading promotional efforts (trade fairs, brochures, direct marketing, etc.)

 

*Leading the preparation of the technical bids and proposals

 

*Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the market mainly through personal contacts

 

*Developing and maintaining high-level contacts with decision makers from PyroGenesis’ current and potential customers

 

*Ability to attend and conduct presentations

 

*Limited travel may be required (20%)

 

*Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethic codes and to ensure non-compliance is reported

 

*Perform other duties as required by the immediate supervisor and for which the person is qualified
