Seems to me that pricing could or could not close the deal, or extend negotiation to a later date

I’m very optimistic with this announcement , but why not wait for the acceptance of the quote before you release that a deal has been agreed upon.

That is why you have manipulators/shorters interprating it, either it will be in a week or in a year or never.

 I trust PYR not to be that irresponsable to fool investors, and will deliver on this release in a very short term

You are partially correct, but knowing how major decisions are made in large corporations we are viewing the final stage'.  Barring world disruptions to the steel market a final decision will be in 4 mths or sooner. Price information has been exchanged all along the process.  This is a request for a formal price for a specific order.  There should be no surprise when this
