Trying to understand why some people wait for signed contracts to buy... think you can wait and "be quick" there's systems in place to stop that. Just buy and enjoy a green company making profits. If your really that afraid to buy some Enbridge !

I'm not sure anyone cares what you think about buying.  People have there own reasons for being long on a stock.    They know what's what if they do the DD.  JMO

You misread, I want to understand people that don't buy until there is NEWS. do they think they can avoid the risk and buy quickly on news day?

Perhaps they do not trust the hype prior to the news? Perhaps they don't pay as much attention to the company as you and I, so need us the only way they get attention? Who knows! Cheers!
