I think HPQ has a publicity contract with pvbuzz, like Agoracom does, also Bernard wrote articles on the site before and Dereck Lila is with pvbuzz but also is the contact for the AGM with a hpq email address. So probably a paid by hpq article . Still relevant but won't have a big impact IMO.
