What can Peter do to stop people from buy , sell buy , sell

Pay a dividend? I have been scolded for this before. It needs to stop.. or maybe I should play the game. 

once I saw it hit 8$ I knew the traders and automatic sales were gonna swoop in .

I think this is what's Peter could do to help stabilize the SP and stop inviting the yoyos to play their games: Instead of having one big contract signed every 6 to 8 months, he should do his best to sign new smaller deals maybe not every hour...lol... but maybe an average of one order every week or two weeks: orders that would come unadvertised, as many surprises one after the other from his

PyR is years away from dividends.  Dividends do not stabalize SP   The type of companies that pay dividends ( mature companies with steady income year over year) are the companies that have stable SP because they are mature and are no longer experencing rapid growth. It is debatable whether dividends are the best way to return income to shareholders.  Share buy backs increase value
