It will be like this until a major order. Once that happens, it will pop.

Also the CEO is running out of time. Oct 16 is his deadline to come up
with $65MM orders.

That is already assumed and the price didn't really react much to that news.
It is the 36 torch quote which will jolt the stock.

Remember, the torch order is in addition to the $65MM backlog.

The waiting continues.

the more it is a known factor, the less of a major pop. sad to say.  credibility being slowly lost me thinks.

Do you think the $65MM backlog, once announced will bring the stock way up? It is already known, and I don't think it will move the price that much. Maybe from $5.00 to $5.80?
