You need to work on a plan to create urgency. Your shareholders demand It... clearly.

Each line of business needs to take off, and fire whoever doesn't sell after a while. Create a competition internally.

I too am very happy that you don't run PYR. Nobody would be at your meeting. They would still be on holiday.  You are a week too early. The return to work is Aug 2.
