The Common Shares to be sold under the Proposed Disposition would be sold as a result of investment considerations, including price, market conditions, availability of funds, and other factors. The ASDP will allow for an orderly disposition of a small portion of the Common Shares held or controlled by Mr. Pascali at prevailing market prices during the period from July 15, 2021 to August 6, 2021.

Good point Harjay. Also, the lower the share price at the time of disposition, the smaller the capital gain. Might be some accounting magic when it comes to a trust disposing of the shares, but the overall is Peter pays less tax the lower the share price, while accomplishing his objective of attaining clear majority share ownership. Harjay- thanks forr this I will hold off buying more shares until next week as I expect more of a drop until Peter's share sale has ended. Then we should get news on Q2 shortly after which may start the increase in share price or may keep the downward pressure on. Once they get HPQ's pilot plant in gear we all will be wishing we had bought more at these levels, this is not taking any of
