NPV Calculation and Spare Parts
Pyro changed their NPV calculation from $3 million (5 years) to $7 million (20 years) per torch. Actually the torch life expectancy for torch is about 30 years and NPV can be high as $10 million per torch.
Torch operates 24/7 and 365 days. Therefore, torch requires the replacement of eletrode few times per year. These spare parts need to bought from Pyro and future revenue for 30 years on spare parts for each torch.
This is similar to when you purchase a HP printer. The printer will cost $50 but the ink cost $75 and you need to buy ink from HP going forward in the life time of the HP printer. Good businee model continue to generate cash.
Pyro will become a cash cow going forward after selling Torch to Iron Ore Industires.

I note that 3P took a bit more time than usual to explain what NPV means than ever in the past. I had commented before that people were using the NPV in an inappropriate manner when pumping up PYR's sales. I find over time that 3P keeps backing up my interpretations or re-adjusting folks' expectations the way I do when I see whole bunch of funny stuff posted here. I hear you 3P!
