Probably a canadian based co Alcan, Aluminerie Alouette or Aluminium division of Rio Tinto.

by 'Gulf Region' I assume Peter is referring the Persian Gulf where they already have Drosrite system(s) installed. I expect the new partner has an international scope of operations
