Kind of odd

Signing a joint venture should be something both parties would be proud to announce and would release a joint news release with both parties named and quoted as to how happy they are to be entering the venture together. Hmmm I wonder when we will hear more like who the partner is.

Lots of reasons for other partner not to announce...including if they're not publicly traded. Private companies likely don't need the 'splash'

It finishes the validation having only one name for a joint venture is just odd.
