and many more that you can count on your fingers
Is it like a quote given
Is it like some cost estimate you provided

I'm getting lost with all this business jargon

Go read.  Stupid.  I provided you with all the links.  What's interesting with PYR is that they have many irons on the fire.  This is just another one.  And subsidized via grants.   Shorts are always con.  No substance.
