Warrants Check?!

Hi all,

2 questions, just to get some clarity for all of us here:

1.) How/Where could anyone see/verify the fact that PPP actually has converted his warrants/options into normal shares? And then to verify he actually holds MORE of PYR than ever before?

2.) When could we look this up to realize what he really did?

Any links and timelines welcomed!

I would like to know this too: -How many options has he exercised in the past 12 months and how many has he sold back to the market?   He seems to be selling a lot more than what he needs to cover for the taxes. Let say he exercised 1,500,000 options at $0.18, he would need to sell +/- 750,000 shares at market to pay taxes or +/- $3,750,000 But by selling them all, he’s pocketing $3,750,000 ...more
