Markham is on a direct highway link to Montreal on the 401...convenient.Trains as well..Tesla has been my pick for the major N American auto company that Bernard sent samples to a while back. I think Mr. Musk is upset at Mr. Biden for giving extra subsidies to Union made EV. I think Mr. Musk should look in the "mirror" him self and thank Mr. Obama/Biden for giving Tesla $600 million loans when were close to bankrupt.  It seems all the rich people are "Welfare Queen".  If the government did not step up, we would not any Tesla to talk about today.
