Payroll
With a head count of 115 employees, total yearly payroll must be around $8,500,000 if I average a $75,000 wage.
They better come up with some significant sales with high margin in short term otherwise they may have to borrow $ soon

Backlog $43.9 million will keep the lights on for the next 12 months. Do no try to scare the investors. Other contracts are in progress. You must be one of the shorters need to be torched.

10's of millions in the pipeline with a 44% margin and increasing parts and service contracts post sale. I don't think you need to worry.
