CEO keeps selling

Peter Pascali has been selling his shares for months. What are your folks takes on this? He just needs cash or doesn't have confidence in Pyr's future?

I too have been watching PYR ceo sell relentlessly . Is there a reason that I can't find? I would like to take a position here but Peter's selling is concerning.

You didn't look very hard, the reasons have been posted on here numerous times. Your comments make your motives obvious.

I guess I haven't read deep enough. I don't follow this board daily. Do you think his selling is finished? I do remember months ago there was a discussion about Peter selling for charitable reasons. I looked thru the news releases quickly but couldn't find anything. A quick answer from anyone here that knows would be appreciated.

Jimhighforest, Thanks for posting this. I like his comment: You also suggest that I do a cross trade with a broker…this would be the kiss of death. Despite what everyone preaches the fact of the matter would is that as soon as a firm got wind that I wanted to do a cross the share price would be hammered (to set up the situation where they could purchase the block cheaper) …this type of activity ...more

Sorry, if you could kindly point to the previously discussions on the reasons his selling, that would be greatly apreciated! My perseption is that Peter is by far the biggest stakehold (>40%). On the other hand, reducing his shares is not to his benefit if the future of PYR bodes much better than ~$4.5

Knowing you have millions of share option expiring in the next few months , wouldn't you want the sp $5 or $2   so what do you do, pump it up    quote=jimhighforrest]Sorry, if you could kindly point to the previously discussions on the reasons his selling, that would be greatly apreciated! This has always been a pretty ridiculous discussion. Jim needs to stop perceiving things and look at the publicly available information. Peter IS the biggest shareholder and owns more than half the company. I have not come across a publicly traded company where one individual can call all the shots himself. The selling part is also explained by publicly filed information. Selling a few shares to ...more
