Dear Gexe, 

I see you are a new poster. Thanks for posting.  Welcome to the family.

I thank-you for your well wishes and wish you and your loved ones a very happy holiday and all the best for the New Year.

Having said that I do wish to note that I do not share your views of the Company in general other than we had a phenomenal year that has yet to be recognized by the market.  A smart investor would not be disappointed by the share price given everything else that has transpired.

 

I also do not share your view that 2021 was not our year.  It most definitely was…and I expect 2022 will (as a result of building on a phenomenal 2021) be even better. 

 

I also do not share your perspective when it comes to “missed time lines” as I find that type of commentary when reviewing a phenomenal year, such as 2021, to be getting a bit long in the tooth…and too often cited by predatory short sellers.   I look at all the things we did in the year on time and so many things we did that no one had a clue we were working on (like the PFAS contract).

In conclusion, I am extremely happy with 2021 and look forward to a great 2022 as well.

Peter is good with words but isn't saying anything. show us the $$$. If you did that well your investors would receive dividends or a higher share price. Not one that fell from $12 to $3.  let's stop sugar coating like someone who's calls and asks for a favour "hello my friend, I hope all is well non sense". let's get down to business. Show me the $$.

I think many shareholders will agree to disagree, based on facts, not sentiment. "Smart trader" may be happy, but certainly no "smart investor" will not be disappointed with a double-digit stock ending the year at $3. "Missed timelines", well, thoughts on that need not be an opinion since it can be based on facts in clearly published information. He may be forgetting

Second, what the hell did you have in mind when you invested in a penny stock like this ? That it would go up to 200 in a 6 months ? That everything was going to go according to plan, and that even in a pandemic ? Are you for real ? New technology

If you are talking to me, my apologies for not being clearer. I was not complaining or shirking my responsibility for my own transactions. I was talking about the published company projections, some during the pandemic, when facing a falling share price that were not met. I trust that now it is clear that talking about responsibility for what I do or say is not relevant to the discussion. Cheers.

4 P's say's see ya next year ! Pete just wrote off another week of work, I guess the question of will we get a news release before the new year has been answered. That answer is NO. Check back some time next year, hopefully this doesnt fall to zero before than. come on Peter, PROVE IT

Very interesting that Peter is aware of predatory shorts. I'm sure he reserves them a nice surprise in due time.  This should be a nice firework. Remember, shorts don't own shares.  They simply borrow it.  Any unexpected news have them run all at the sametime through the same tight door.  Some will get torched and will never recover.

I sure appreciate how calmly Peter answers. It is quite normal to be calm when you know the facts support your point of view. Good to know he shares my opinion as to what an amazing year 2021 was for Pyrogenesis.

I get a sense that he doesn't shy away from taking swipes at people, unlike the vast majority of the CEO's that I dealt with in my adult life. I understand his dislike for predatory shorts, but gotta keep in mind that his comments indirectly address honest, hard working folk who are not doing so well while betting on what he said.
