If this was happening on the TSX I'm reasonably sure the regulator would be asking the company if they know of any reason for what's happening this morning, I have no idea if the Nasdaq/regulator in the U.S. does the same

My TD platform shows PYR halted on NASDAQ.  But everywhere else it seems to be trading.
