My bet is the won Drosrite where gov. paperwork is now done

My bet is the 20M$ Drosrite won earlier this year but for which the (Dubai) gov. paperwork was not completed. I think it's now completed and to be announced before Dec. 31.

My guess is the European dross tolling contract that Peter said would be the largest to date and is expected sometime before the new year.
