NDA ( non disclosure agreement

I found that one of PYR engineer disclosed Vale Brasil ( client) on SNS ( facebook) which he involved in installing plasma torch as a project manager. Isn't it a breach of the agreement?

I don't think any of the sales were NDA's as it was PYR's decision not to name customers. If what you post is actually true you need to give more details such as the engineer's name, and a link to the post.

Client A being VALE and Client B being RIO TINTO is of the highest probability : Pyrogenesis (reddit.com)

There had better be an agreement that the chinese are not allowed to dismantle the torch otherwise the chinese will be mass producing and selling for a lot cheaper. Not the first they would have done this with Canadian technology.

They don't care proprietary right. So PYR must be careful when trading with them for whatever.

If you think it is all that simple, you are unaware of the MASSIVE pirating of intellectual property that nations undertakes as a matter of PRACTICE and PRINCIPAL.  Why? Because the end justifies the means.

Some may fal thru the cracks for sure and most often than not it isn't worth pursuing unless it is worth it which in this case could very well be.  Most importantly there is no way these multi billion mult national will deal w pirated knock offs plus they can and will be sued by Pyrogenesis on top of it. Long and strong PYR

Blackberry was a world leader in communication devices and secure network systems. It is widely suspected that Chinese spying and stealing of intellectual property led to the demise of Blackberry, and the rise of Hauwei. We must be wary of all dealings with China, and they must be called out on all corruption. Stitches

To Stitches : I agree with you completely. What they do to foreign manufacturers: 1. They provide the foreign companies with the land almost free including lots of special benefits and almost zero tax to build the factories. 2. They leave the foreign invested companies make good money. 3. They are starting to make delicate restrictions on the companies' operation. 4. The restrictions will be ...more

Yep... one of my worst fears of how the wheels could come of from all of this. The PRC are on a 100 year DOCUMENTED  world domination plan. They are students of history.  The plan they set in place based upon historical context will allow them to dominate potentially permanently and it will not be pretty. The West is asleep at the wheel as the elite make money in China. They and ...more

When I saw him on LinkedIn, Vale and Canada ore was there on his experience but now the clients' names were deleted. I don't think it is a good idea to release his name.
