No News is Bad News. He doesn't have to relese any thing if a contract is not signed. They aren't in any agrement so not signing a new contract does not need to be disclosed. He likely has no news because he has now new news, period. Bagholders are holding the bag like blind mice

Wrong basher boy! All is working full tilt on all 7 PYR verticals. Luckily we will be rid of your presence once we get news on one of several  contracts signed. Real investors fully know that great companies like Tesla and Amazon went through the same thing as Pyrogenesis is going through right now.

They are quotes, cost estimates, modelling, testing etc.. This is correct. There's nothing material to report if nothing material was begun. There is a lot of leeway as to what is "material", and the regulators generally leave that up to the company to decide, aside from mergers or acquisitions and a few other must-reports.
