I am pretty sure that the NBC did their DD and maybe have informal contacts, connections, alumni, etc. with PYR

National Bank if Canada's head office is coated in Montreal, minutes from PYR's offices. Maybe one of their analyst went interviewing Peter and had a guided tour in order to make his mind about a PYR before taking a position.

Sorry but need to reply. Impossible. Does not jibe with how NBC makes decisions. Highly irregular. And I'm not sure NBC can do that either. I really like following SF posts, but this one.... Please don't publish things like that. Unworthy of NBC, and PYR.
