Publication date is Feb. 24, 2022. We know they have been working on a compact waste destruction system for ships and if you scroll down the patents listed you will see they had a patent published in Feb. 2019 as well but this looks like it is new. Scepter is   a totally different system and it consumes a lot of energy compared to the drosrite drosrite  works on hot aluminum and the scepter works on cold and reheats it consuming substantial electricity of course if you don't build and deliver what the hell is the point?
