WHY would he sell shares at this price?
I thought PYR was coming out with big contracts. Why sell at $2.60?
It is obvious that a big deal isn't going to be announced tomorrow or else
he would not be selling today.

Could it be that this year is even worse than 2021, which was an abdolute disaster compared to all those expectations that were piled on this "company".

He has options and warrants that allow him to buy replacement shares at significantly less.

But he is still selling undervalued stocks at a low price. Just because he has options and warrants, it doesn't mean he has to sell valuable stocks for dirt cheap. He could sell them later for a bigger profit.

Selling the shares provides the capital to exercise the options and pay the taxes that are triggered by exercising the options as well as the capital gains tax on the sold shares. (He's in a different tax bracket than you and I) As the price of the stock goes up so do the taxes, his cost to excersize his options is fixed.

He is still making quite a profit, then gets to buy much lower than the market with options. It is what it is no use asking questions as it will happen no matter what you think. Hard to get value back when Peter is selling a lot of shares a few times per year, and then can't hit a deadline. Price sinks we lose, Peter still gains.

Peter is not the company and the company is not Peter.

So company CEO values stock lower than his company? Is that what you're trying to say?

If you sell a few hundred thousand shares to exercise millions of options that means you believe in the company. The share price appears very undervalued yes but the conversion process to exercise shares is time limited. Long PYR

So there is no other way to arrange it than sell stocks under their value? Also those options need to be exercised at the end of the year. Plenty of time left. Why sell now? Surely this has to be higher by then, there has to be contracts, right?
