hopefully a torch contract so I can get out before recession and buy dividend stocks at low prices when market is in panic mode.

Why sell when the torch contracts start raining. You will already have your dividend stock. Keep PYR, they will have enough dough to pay generous dividends. I realize this is not imminent nor immediate.
