Just a thought doing some Saturday mathematics: Pyro just purchased 3.6 million HPQ shares at .53 = $1.9 million . $1,900,000 divided by say a PYR share price of $2.53 = approximately 750,000 shares. Result:  Pyro gets the money back and 3.6 million HPQ purchase warrants at 60 cents for free.  HPQ gets 750k shares of Pyro ($2 million in equity) for free.  Just coincidence or

 Not trying to be a super sleuth,but my musings go back to PYR's 2020- Aug 18 NR and subsequent Sept 1 NR. Both amounts at $2.4 million and mutually beneficial.  And the fact the warrants attached then were at 61 cents (still good for 15 months) similar to the latest HPQ bought deal.  Also,that we didn't find out til Q1 NR that Pyro took down the HPQ private placement.

Just for clarity... you're missing the fact that these are personal shares being sold, not the company's, so any proceeds from the sales do not go to PYR.

Thanks for clarifying this Steve. I thought it was pretty easy to figure out but there are some on boards like this who try and connect dots that aren't actually there. To twist facts to shape their naritive whether good or bad.

Anytime options are purchased the proceeds do indeed go to the company.

As a company employee I presume you can give us all the information we need on an official basis Just to clarify the proceeds go to the company but the stock is further diluted by 750,000 shares so at the end of the day Peter makes large on the markup on the shares and the shareholders lose more money as their shares are diluted yet again.  So what is the difference between the two and

zap maybe you should  read thhe MDA dated May 20 , 2022 posted on SEDAR. The co. has gone from being a few yrs ago  a $0.30  a share  co. to a high of $14  to now being around  $2.65 . so even after the selloff  its 10 times the price it was a few yrs ago.
