Who set Peter’s compensation to 10M++ ??

When looking at comparables i am seeing 150k - 1M.

can Peter explain / justify why he is paid so much?

Most Investors will agree with me about his compensation. Proof: the sp was $12, now under $3. I'm all for paying but deliver!! the titanic is sinking but the ceo is Saving himself by paying himself a ludicrous salary (more than he put in)... He should completely stop paying himself until then. He's collected more than enough

I skimmed through it. Where does it say his salary is $10MM

His compensation is 14M+ as per simply wall st. Link in previous post l.  Zaphod has explained the process and pointed out something interesting.  I have quite the proposal for Peter to buy out my shares. I'd like to get a hold of him next week.

Peter can do us a favour the shareholders, stop selling you share at these low prices.  Your share are causing decline in share price for all.
