Waste destruction Line of business shift of focus

I read that Pyro was focused on other LOB'S and the latest report said they are now re-focused on this.

Anyone know why the change? Seems like a very gvt oriented line of business (navy ships). Would cruise lines be interested in this? 

Are margins good on this?

They put one in a cruise ship years ago . It's not economically viable or green The reason the aircraft carriers need them is they don't return to port and they have 5000 people on board. Previously the Navy would just Chuck it overboard but it's no longer considered acceptable. Only a military operation could afford to use such an expensive system and cruise ships are in port every ...more

Thanks for explanation. Sounds like a limited market but if the company makes money off of it we might as well offer it. I watched Peter's presentation and he explained the change of focus and why municipalities are not targetted (slow decision making). They essentially targetting companies that can make a decision 'in a boardroom' and purchase and military contracts here and there ...more
