I just state my opinion, which I'm entitled to, and I back it up with facts. FACTS. As far as I can see, this company hasn't delivered on any of its stale promises, and I know for a FACT the balance sheet sucks. I think this is BS. Period. As for litigation, Ooooh, I'm scared ! Not.

In any litigation the plaintiff (pyro) has to prove that what someone said affected the SP..Anyone who gets a notice file a claim of defence. The price of this stock is about right going by all the financials.Contact any major banks and get a appt with finacial advisors and if they agree they will give you a letter stating the fundamentals and financials of this company are equivalent to the share
