FYI My Posts tell it like it is , I don't FUD , Short nor Buying at extremely Lower Price (compared to highs or last 6 month avg) and been a Shareholder since '17 , barely sold 12% other to assist family... You would be a fool to file a counter lawsuit as you would lose all your costs when you eventually settle the matter.  No one wins in a counter suit except for the lawyers .  That said after company disclosure I suspect that this matter will escalate and not to the benefit of the company or  shareholders.

One thing i will tell you in civil proceedings judges are more sympathetic to a defendant or plaintiff without high priced lawyers or someone who represents themselves,All you need is some  documents that support your case.I represented myself against ManuLife Financial ,though i was the plaintifff and won a judgement even though they had a pricey lawyer,I also was able to recover legal fees

It's very simple first boilerplate denial. Offer to settle with them for $1 or if you want you can bill them a couple thousand for your time responding then a disclosure motion for all the company documents for the last five years I do find amusing is that he's claiming damages since January but in November 2021  he's writing press releases saying I don't know why the *******

I wouldn't want to be short on this stock.  IMO, there is something big lurking out there which will catch a lot of people off guard.
